Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened service or cancellation and will be treated as a late cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable.
